Mihai: Thank you very much, it's great to hear it. It's an honour.
I'm very happy when I receive positive feed back from the public all over Europe.

Do you feel you have more pressure now in Athens as being fans' favourite?
Mihai: Receiving all this appreciation certainly has an effect on me.
I wouldn't say I see it as a pressure, but as a responsibility. It gives me confidence.
I will do my best not to disappoint anybody during those three minutes on the stage in Athens.
Which songs/countries do you think are your biggest competitors?
Mihai: If I were to quote the charts in Europe dedicated to the contest, I would say that
Belgium and Greece are also among the favourites of this year's Eurovision.
But I wouldn't jump to predictions, because you never know.
I definitely hope these reactions will be confirmed by the votes on May 20.
And your own favourites?
Mihai: I like many songs in this year's competition. I don't have one favourite, but ten!
I wouldn't like to say that my favourite is this or that song, because this influences people very much.
I get influenced myself by this, so I wouldn't want to have that effect on others.
This is not your first attempt for this competition. What does Eurovision mean to you?
Mihai: To represent my country in Eurovision Song Contest... It's my greatest achievement until now.
I wanted this very much, that's why I did not give up, even if my dream didn't become reality
from my first attempt. Eurovision is a dream come true to me. You should remember that and never give up
when you want something very much and you are ready to make an effort for it.
Is your show for Athens ready?
Mihai: I have been working for the show in Athens with TVR (Romanian Television)
and we already had several rehearsals. I hope you will like the surprise
we are preparing for the show in Athens.
So are YOU ready for the big night?
Mihai: Am I ready? I've been ready since the night of the Romanian selection for the contest!
During those months, I have become even better prepared for the show.
I hope you will like what you will se there.
I will do my best to offer the public a great performance.
